This edition you might've recommended 'The Truman Show'. Whenever I think of taking break from the screen, that movie comes to my mind. There's something about it.
I understand this so much. I love the many forms of content but there’s so much of it. Right now most of my mundane tasks are drowned out by an audible like Ali Wong’s memoir or a new reality TV series I suddenly find entertaining. But we sometimes need the silence. I know I do.
I haven’t heard of Lovesick but it may be a show to checkout during my “need a laugh” moments.
Yes, although most days I don’t begrudge my screens. Without ubiquitous Internet-connected devices, I wouldn’t be reading you, for example.
